Fitness & Self Defense Training

Personal Training define fitness goals and design a plan to achieve them. Personal Training provides increased motivation, and improved results to meet individual weight loss, strength, and conditioning goals.

Circuit Training designed for small groups. Combines upper body, lower body and core excersies in a fast paced timed workout to improve strength, stamina and flexability.

Self Defense workshops focus on Attitude, Awareness, and Defense techniques. Workshops can be “Customized” for specific group needs.

John "Eric" Garcia has over 24 years fitness, training experience, working with individuals and small groups. Eric is a 4th degree black belt in Hapkido and 3rd degree blackbelt in Taekwondo.
